Interior Headquarters Build-out
Client: Inogen

Location: Goleta CA 93117
Project Timeline: February 2021 – October 2021
Total Value: $1,100,000.00
Role in project: Subcontractor

Scope: This was a new construction build however, required some tweaks to function as desired for the Inogen sales and engineering departments. In addition to personnel in this building, this was also the home of their manufacturing. The first floor required electrical core flooring to power all equipment and interior furnishings. Our interiors division was able to work along side the other trades to eliminate downtime and provide comprehensive plans of the entire space. This allowed the client to see the structure as well as provided a vision as to how they would live in the space once it was complete.
